TBR Power Electric offers a 14-day return policy on eligible products from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Customised, special-order, or HV equipment installed on-site are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer).
